Help for Heroes

Fantastic day and a great game. The team I reffed, doubled by fee when I said was donating it to H4H. One question, will the Revenue be collecting the VAT the charity was obliged to charge on the ticket sales??
How could Des (part-time) Browne show his face? He has less respect in the forces than 'Buff" Hoon!

Shamefull!!

From this morning's Daily Telegraph

I can't begin to express how angry this photograph made me. Has no one explained to the man in the middle that this match is necessary because of the shamefully inadequate funding of the rehabilitation of British servicemen by his government. All he sees is cheesy photo op- a good shoeing is too good for the one-eye snot-gobbler.

Please make sure you donate some money this weekend.

and show your support for the last pillar of British public service that has integrity and can still stand up as the world's best.

A Very British Dude: Help for heroes

British Dude highlights a excellent and worthy cause. I would love to go to the match and might still do so. However, I expect to be refereeing that afternoon. I will donate my expenses for the day and bit more to the cause. It would be good if teams all around the country upped their match fee a couple of quid and donated that to the cause and sacrificed a couple of pints for those that have sacrificed a lot more.
